Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat Rate: $12.95 USD
  • Best for time-sensitive projects

Free Economy Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Ideal for non-urgent orders

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of bathroom fixtures, flooring solutions, electrical components, and hardware products.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Valid proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Electrical Components: Circuit breakers, cable & wire connectors (once opened)
  • Custom Orders: Special-order flooring materials or custom-cut hardware
  • Opened Flooring Materials: Carpet tiles or ceramic flooring with opened packaging

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repack items in original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse:

    Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Your Refund: We’ll process your refund within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Exchanges Process

To exchange an item for a different size or model:

  1. Follow steps 1-4 of the Returns Process above
  2. In your initial email, clearly specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange after receiving your original item
  4. Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
