We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customs delays may affect delivery times.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of receipt. Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom orders (special flooring, cut hardware)

5.2 Return Process

  2. Wait for our RMA number (within 2 business days)
  3. Repack items securely with all original materials

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
